1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

• You must be authorized to enter into binding contracts

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify Platform immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Types

• You may register as a Creator to participate in brand campaigns
• You may connect your social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

4. Platform Services

4.1 What We Provide

• Access to browse and apply for brand campaigns
• Tools to manage your campaign participations
• Payment processing for completed work
• Analytics dashboard for performance tracking

4.2 Campaign Participation

• You may apply to campaigns that match your niche and audience
• Brand approval is required before starting any work
• You must follow campaign brief and brand guidelines exactly

5. Content Guidelines

5.1 Content Requirements

• All content must be original and created by you
• Content must comply with the brand's specific guidelines
• Content must follow social media platform community guidelines
• Required disclosures (e.g., #ad, #sponsored) must be included

5.2 Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to post content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains defamatory, discriminatory, or obscene material
• Promotes illegal activities or substances
• Contains misinformation or disinformation
• Is deceptive or misleading

6. Representations & Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have rights to all content you submit
• Content does not infringe any third party's rights
• You have obtained necessary consents from persons appearing in content
• Content complies with all applicable advertising laws and regulations

7. Brand Interaction

7.1 Direct Communication

• All communication with brands should occur through the Platform
• Do not exchange personal contact information before campaign starts
• Do not negotiate or complete off-platform deals

7.2 Exclusive Deals

• During active campaign participation, you may not promote competing brands
• Check campaign brief for exclusivity requirements

8. Payments

8.1 Payout Schedule

• Payments are processed within 7-14 business days after campaign completion
• Payments are released after brand approves content or auto-approval deadline passes
• Minimum payout threshold: [₹500 / $10]

8.2 Payment Methods

• Available methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, PayPal
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment details

8.3 Platform Commission

8.4 Taxes

9. Intellectual Property

• By submitting content, you grant the Brand a license to use it for campaign purposes
• You grant Platform a limited license to use content for promotional purposes

9.2 Platform IP

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform materials without consent

10. Prohibited Behavior

The following actions may result in account suspension or termination:

• View manipulation, fake engagement, or bot traffic
• Submitting content from deleted/suspended accounts
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
• Harassment or abuse of brand representatives
• Violating brand confidentiality
• Failing to disclose paid partnership as required by law
• Any fraudulent activity

11. Fraud Detection

11.1 Monitoring

• Platform monitors engagement metrics for signs of fraud
• View spikes, suspicious engagement patterns, and bot activity are flagged

11.2 Consequences

• First violation: Warning and potential hold on pending payments
• Repeated violations: Account suspension
• Confirmed fraud: Permanent ban and forfeiture of pending payments

12. Termination

12.1 By You

• You may delete your account at any time
• Pending payments may be forfeited if account is deleted with active campaigns

12.2 By Platform

• We may suspend or terminate your account for:
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Non-compliance with brand guidelines
  • Extended inactivity

13. Limitation of Liability

• Platform is provided "as is" without warranties
• Platform is not liable for:
  • Actions of brands or other users
  • Loss of earnings or opportunities
  • Content posted by brands
  • Technical issues beyond our control
• Maximum liability limited to amount paid by Platform to you in last 12 months

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Platform from:

• Claims arising from your content
• Claims arising from your interactions with brands
• Claims arising from your violation of these Terms

15. Data Privacy

• We collect and process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
• By using Platform, you consent to such processing
• We comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, DPDP Act)

16. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by laws of [India]
